Before we look at some testimonials, here is our customer charter by which we ensure that every customer is satisfied with our service each time they visit Clichy. Testimonials follow below.
We at Clichy insist on absolute customer satisfaction. Our customer charter outlines some of our guiding principles when dealing with members of the public as well as large corporations.
- All customers will be asked to authorise any unforeseen vehicle repairs which may need to be undertaken following a primary inspection.
- Clichy will provide every customer with an itemised invoice listing individual parts and labour details. Also attached will be a technician's report identifying vehicle faults and repairs which ought to be attended to in the short term.
- Each auto repairer will be qualified and technically competent before being commissioned to carry out necessary repairs.
- Clichy will install original, or in the interest of economy, parts of equivalent quality to those originally fitted by the manufacturer of each vehicle.
- All labour is fully guaranteed. Parts will come with a manufacturer's warranty.
- All staff promise to treat all customer property with respect, diligence and integrity.
- All staff will approach every customer in a polite and friendly manner. We will make ourselves available at all times to answer their questions honestly and quickly or to deal with issues which may arise.
